The beginning of my shining years
I know for a fact that my Senior year will be the beggining of all my shining years. Like every first day of school everyone is rushing to get to school and have time to look for their classes or fix their schedules or things in general. I was one of those students the first day of school I had to fix my schedule since I had to look for a teacher that would allowed me to be their tutor for their class and go back to the counseling center to be place in that class roster. Other than the first day of school, I am looking forward towards my Senior year since I will be applying for Universities and scholarships. I am looking forward to know what my future will take me towards; knowing that finishing my Senior Year in Lindsay High School is one big step towards that awaited future. I also know that I will have the opportunity to share upcoming joys with my family and my friends that have been with me in my best and worst times of my High School career. Yes, I am aware that this year can be one of the most challenging of my life but let’s face it we all have to go through this year and I am patiently waiting for that day that I know I will finish strong and that day would be the day I Graduate. Well what can I say about my classes I know that most of them will be a challenge but that’s a challenge I’m willing to face since they will make me a better student and prepare me for College. Lastly but not least, my learner facilitators I have this year will probably leave the biggest impact in my life since they will get my attention to meet the deadlines and not only this but they will make those challenging classes interesting. I know that my learner’s facilitators I have this year will help me get through all those applications for colleges and scholarships like a blur. My goal for this year is to finish all my classes on time for graduation but also to be more outgoing meaning that I will try to participate in class and share more of my knowledge with my peers. My future goal is to attend a university and obtain a Master as a mathematician. Other than that my life goal has always been to make my family proud and have a good time but to continue expanding my knowledge. The biggest project we have throughout High School is our Senior Project and so far I have been able to accomplish my first Journal which it’s this one and my Job Shadow; which was a great experience. I had the opportunity to see how the learner facilitator that I Job Shadow creates a lesson before hand and I also got to see how much student work he has to grade every day, he also showed me how long it takes to put in grades into the Lindsay grading system which is Educate. Besides from all the work we have to do this year I know I will have a great year. What else can I say it’s been almost a week since my Senior Year have started and it has started with all kinds of deadlines to be meet in just one week, but with also many interesting and memorable moments.

My unstanble rocks
I believe all senior are nervous to graduate. I am not an exemption. I am nervous, I’m not nervous about the day we graduate, but on the question “What am I going to do after I graduate?” I know I want to go to a four year university the problem is that I have so many doubts inside of me. I am always thinking about the necessary money that I need. I know for a fact that my parents can’t afford for me to go to a university, but I also know my other options such as going to a community college first if I can’t afford to go to a university. This is the reason that I am nervous about graduating. The actions I have done so far for post-graduation is first of all submitting my applications to CSU’s. My first option is to go to a four year university but it all depends on the money that I have that will determine if I go to a community college or a four year university. I have also applied to community colleges as my back up plan in case I don’t get accepted to a university. I have also submitted my applications for financial aid and to some scholarships. The thing that I have to do first of all is to make sure I do graduate. I have to finish all of my classes first of all to continue with my second step which is to to continue with my education after High School. The thing that I am looking forward for this year is to see to what universities I have been accepted to. I am also looking forward to know what scholarships considered me to receive their free money. This two factors leads me to the biggest event I'm looking foward to and that is to finalize my decision on my previous question “what am I going to do after I graduate?” The thing that I am most grateful for are for those people that have been with me to guide me and encourage me to continue with my education. Those people include my learner facilitators, my school counselors, friends, and mainly my family. I am grateful that I have an older sister that has guide me and remind me to send all the necessary information that I require to get accepted to any university. I am also really grateful for my parents that have helped me in making decisions and encouraged me to put my head up high and continue on, even on the difficult times. All of my doubts and the decisions that I don't have control over have been my unstable rocks.

Close to the Ending
My Senior Exit Interview was like a blow to reality. It finally hit me I am a senior; last year in this bumpy road that was High School. It is extraordinary knowing all the things I have done this past three years. It is a blessing knowing that I am almost done with one step towards my future. Preparing this presentation has brought back so many good and bad memories that I have done throughout High School. I am excited to share with others what I have done this couple of years. I would like for other students to see me as an example. I would like to motivate students to participate in as many organizations that will help them in the future. I am also nervous because I am the one who will have to present the things I have done during High School. It is hard for me to talk about the things I was involved in, since I really don’t like to talk about personal information, but this presentation is an addition to the many presentation that I have done to leave my comfort zone. Ending this semester comes as a relief but also and anxiety. A relief knowing that I will have one less semester to worry about but, an anxiety knowing that I will be entering my last semester as a High School student. I am close to my ending as a High School student this knowledge brings mixture of sadness and happiness is like a marble cake or in this case a marble of emotions.
